Coffee has always been an exotic drink and it has remained so until today. The story of coffee begins in the eastern Africa, but the odorous cup of coffee is an enjoyment to many people all around the world. According to the legend, there lived a goat herdsman Khaldi somewhere in Abesinia, today’s Etiopia, in the 9th century. One day his goats returned home in a too enthusiastic manner. Khaldi was very curious why did they act that way, and so he followed them the next morning. He found out that they were feeding on the red berries growing on one evergreen tree. He tried a few of the berries himself and suddenly he was in euphoria. Amazed by this plant, he gave out what he had found out and so the legend of coffee started to spread through the world.

There are three types of seeds, which are mostly used for the chocolate production.
